The compounds derived from the oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation stimulate the bone loss, in part because they enhance the adipogenesis and blunt the osteoblastogenesis from mesenchymal stem cell (MSC), increasing the marrow adiposity that accompanies the osteoporosis.
